Prices quoted are for unfurnished properties with a maximum of 2 reception rooms.
The following supplements apply:
- Furnished properties = add 40%
- Part furnished properties = add 20%
- All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Larger and more heavily furnished properties by individual quotation.
A cancellation fee of £35.00 will be charged for all aborted visits unless at least 3 hours notice to postpone or cancel the appointment has been given and acknowledged by ourselves.
Full fee payable on cancelled appointments made for out of office hours or Saturdays.
